The Ethiopian Negash Yirgacheffe Washed and unwashed Natural Processed Organic coffee originates in Ethiopia’s southern region of Sidama, which is believed to be the birthplace of coffee. The climate is ideal where the beans are grown, therefore it contributes to an enhanced premium taste. Yirgacheffe is a great choice if you are leaning towards a Rich, Organic, and Luxurious Flavour. The beans carry more of a mellow flavour and are best used for light, medium or dark roast. You can now enjoy and experience these widely unique beans right at home.

Yirgacheffe is a small Micro-region within the much larger region of Sidama.   However Yirgacheffe coffee is so distinct and so well recognized internationally that it is grouped in its own special category. Yergacheffe produces both washed and unwashed coffees, while it originally become famous mostly for its washed coffees.
