Yirgacheffe coffee, often called the crown jewel of Ethiopian coffee, is grown at elevations of 1,700 to 2,200 metres above sea level. This region is renowned for its exquisite washed coffees with distinct flavour profiles, featuring jasmine-like floral notes, bright acidity, and hints of lemon and bergamot. Yirgacheffe’s unique taste has earned it a reputation as one of the best coffee origins in the world.
